1. The service

Pebble hosts small web tools ("tools") that you or your AI assistant ship to the platform. Pebble is in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Your content

You own the code and data of the tools you ship. You grant Pebble the right to run, store, and serve them to the people you share them with. We don't access your tool data except to operate the service or investigate abuse.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Pebble to host anything unlawful, malicious (malware, phishing, attack tooling), or that harms the platform or other users (crypto-mining, spam, deliberate resource abuse). We may suspend or remove tools or accounts that violate this.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. During early access, keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: zero).

5. Pricing

Pebble is currently free. Published prices are announced intent; before any charge, you'll be asked to explicitly subscribe. Free-tier commitments (viewers always free) will be honored.

6. Termination

You may stop using Pebble at any time and request deletion of your tools and data. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms with notice where practicable.

7. Changes

We'll post updates to these terms here; continued use after a change is acceptance.
